Zesty Remoulade


1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup onions, yellow
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup celery
2 tablespoons garlic
2 tablespoons horseradish
3 tablespoons mustard, Creole
3 tablespoons mustard, yellow
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Thai Chili Sauce
3 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until fairly smooth, about 30 seconds.

Serving size: 2 Tbsp. 24 servings.
