1 pound of chicken thighs (about 4 thighs)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp thyme
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Trim the chicken thighs of any excess skin and fats.
Dap the chicken with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
Toss the chicken with the olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Arrange chicken on a non-stick cooking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
