Smoked Tuna Dip


1 pound of smoked tuna
8 oz light cream cheese
⅓ cup light sour cream
1 rib of celery, chopped
¼ of onion, chopped
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Tabasco Roasted Pepper sauce
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Cajun 180 Pro Boil (or favorite seafood boil seasoning blend)
1 tsp Cajun 180 Trinity seasoning blend

Flake fish with a fork. Be careful to debone.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until mixed. Be careful to not over blend.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with corn chips, pita, crackers, or celery/carrot sticks. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, and serve.
