Crabmeat and Cauliflower Bisque


1 lb Louisiana crabmeat
2 c low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
36 oz cauliflower - riced
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
4 c almond milk

In medium sized pot, add butter and garlic until garlic simmers and browns. Add cauliflower and
cook down. Slowly add milk then cheese to create your sauce. Once cheese has melted, add
crab and Allow to warm throughout. Add seasoning.
