Ingredients

2 Tbsp grape-seed or avocado oil
3 c corn
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c chopped carrots
3/4 c chopped celery
3/4 c red or green bell pepper
4 cloves of garlic, smashed
2 bay leaves
2 tsp Cajun 180 Trinity &
2 tsp Cajun 180 La Cajun Gold, divided

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add corn, onion, carrots, celery, bell pepper, garlic, bay leaves & seasonings. Cook, stirring often until vegetables are tender, about 15 min.
